The key to catching more trout is to match the insects they are feeding on.In a hatch, there are two essential things to know about the bug: What is the color, and what is the size. The color is easy by viewing the under belly of the specimen. The size is a different problem because the bug on the water will always appear larger than its true size.

It is transparent, made of 30mil (credit card thickness and size), durable, waterproof, tearproof, and UV coated to prevent scratches. You will also receive a cardstock Benchside model to be used in your fly tying room. It will convert the length of any specimen you bring home into the exact hook size to tie the bug to its proper size.
