We at DFI would love to hear about your own fish stories! Please feel free to post a tale or two about your successes and what you used to achieve them. If you have photos, please email them to us and we would love to post them for you. Fly fishing is an experience, and DFI wants everyone to know that they can be a part of it. There he is!
I fished the lower section of the South Fork for two days last weekend. I had 30 – 40 fish days using two flies I just purchased from DFI. I did great along the banks throwing the Golden Stone and flat out tore em up in the riffles with the No Hackle PMD. The funny part was the more beat up the PMD got the more hits I had. After two days using the same fly the thing looked like someone stepped on it and ground it into the pavement. My fishing partner struggled all day on Saturday trying to find the right fly and couldn’t believe the amount of fish I caught on a fly so beat up. Thanks to all the folks at DFI for your outstanding, high quality flies. Tight lines to all.
